Clever Little Scheduler is operated by Tom Crowe Digital. This policy explains what is stored when you use the scheduler, the demo, or the contact forms. Questions go to contact@cleverlittlemachines.com.

What is stored

• Account email and a hashed password. The password itself is not stored.
• The schedule you save: client names, tasks, dates, hours, notes, and links you add.
• The time you created the account, and that you agreed to the Terms and this policy.
• Messages you send through Request a feature or Get in touch: your name, email, and message.
• A sign-in session, kept for up to 30 days so you stay signed in.

A demo schedule is stored without an account and expires after 30 days. A schedule that is not yet on an account can be opened by anyone with its link.

Why

The account and schedule are stored so the product can show and sync your work. Contact messages are stored so they can be read and replied to. Sessions are stored so you do not have to sign in on every visit. That is the contract for using the scheduler, and the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Cloudflare, using Workers and Workers KV. Cloudflare processes it to host the site. There is no advertising network and no analytics product plugged in.

A copy of the schedule can also sit in your browser’s local storage so the page can load before the cloud copy arrives.

How long

Account and schedule data stay until the account is disabled or you ask for it to be deleted. Demo data expires after 30 days. Sessions expire after 30 days. Contact messages stay until they are deleted from the admin.

Sharing

Client report links show that client’s tasks to anyone with the link. Hours are hidden when that client’s settings say so. Schedule data is not sold. It is not used to train a model.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held for your account. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. Email contact@cleverlittlemachines.com and say which account you mean.
