These terms cover use of Clever Little Scheduler, operated by Tom Crowe Digital. Creating an account means you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

The service

The scheduler lets you plan work for your clients and share a read-only view. A demo can be tried without an account. Demos expire after 30 days and can be changed by anyone who opens them.

Your account

You need a real email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping the password private and for the client information you put in the schedule. Do not upload material you do not have the right to store.

Client links

A client report link shows that client’s schedule to anyone who has the link. Share it only with people who should see that work.

Price

The scheduler is free. If a paid plan is introduced, you will be told before anything is charged. Payment details, when that exists, will be taken by a payment provider and not stored in the scheduler.

Stopping an account

You can ask for your account to be deleted. An account can be disabled if it is used to break the law, disrupt the service, or store material that should not be there. A disabled account cannot sign in.

Availability

The service is provided as it stands. It can change, pause, or lose data, so keep your own backup from the export in the More menu if the schedule matters. Liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous 12 months, which today is nothing, except where the law does not allow that limit.
